Participatory Performance/Workshops for Families
Monday 30 May 12–1.30pm and 2.30–4pm
A whale climbed a mountain, a statue spoke and people walked on water. Journey between land and sea to where stories are born
With Sharon Jacksties and Pete Mona. ‘This well-known and much-loved storytelling and music partnership blend story and music into crafted shows.’
These participatory performances/workshops are for family audiences and suitable for all ages however there will be two sessions; one aimed at under-5s and their families and one aimed at children 5+ and their parents. Where you have children in both age groups you are welcome to either come to both sessions or choose one – both sessions will be suitable for all ages to hear, but each will be targeted at a different level. If you intend to stay for both sessions please remember to book tickets for both.
The cafe will be available to use as a quiet space throughout the event but each child must be under the supervision of a parent all times.
Sharon and Peter perform together as Music Box in shows for all ages ranging from early years to adults. To learn more of what they do please see their website.
